Common questions
What should a data center emergency plan cover?
Fire, utility power loss, cooling failure, severe weather, medical emergencies and security events, with roles, call trees and step by step responses for each.
How often should we drill?
At least once a year for each major scenario, with tabletop exercises more often. Many clients and auditors ask for proof of drills.
Can AAAT3 run our drills?
Yes. We plan and run tabletop and live drills, then write after action reports with fixes and owners.
Do you test generators and UPS systems?
We build the test program, safety procedures and records. Testing is done with your staff or vendors under that program.
Do you manage contractor safety in operating sites?
Yes. We run permit to work, orientation and audits for vendors and maintenance contractors.
