Common questions
What do you check when prequalifying a subcontractor?
We review EMR, OSHA 300 logs, citations, written safety programs, insurance, bonding capacity, financial health, licenses and references from recent similar projects.
What EMR is acceptable?
Many owners use 1.0 or lower as a target, but we look at the trend, the company size and the injury details behind the number before recommending a decision.
Can AAAT3 manage our trade procurement?
Yes. We build bid packages, prequalify bidders, level bids and recommend awards, with safety and schedule risk scored for each bidder.
Do you provide staff?
Yes. AAAT3 provides safety officers, QC managers and supervision for data center and federal projects.
Do you work on federal projects?
