Spill Prevention, Fuel & Hazmat Management

Generator yards hold thousands of gallons of diesel, and UPS rooms hold tons of batteries. AAAT3 plans spill prevention, fuel storage, hazmat tracking and waste disposal so a leak never becomes a cleanup bill or a violation.

FAQ

Common questions

Does a data center need a spill prevention plan?

Many do. Facilities with aboveground oil storage over 1,320 gallons that could reach waters of the U.S. generally need an SPCC plan under 40 CFR 112.

How are used batteries handled?

Many batteries can be managed as universal waste, with labeling, storage time limits and recycling records.

What should be in a hazmat inventory?

Each material, quantity, location, storage method and safety data sheet.

Can AAAT3 oversee fuel deliveries?

Yes. We write delivery procedures and supervise fills during generator commissioning.

Do you handle hazardous waste manifests?

We track labeling, storage and manifests and oversee licensed waste contractors.
