FAQ

Common questions

What is Level 3 commissioning?

Equipment startup, usually by the vendor, after installation is verified.

What is Level 4 commissioning?

Functional performance testing of each system against its design and sequence of operations.

Why are load banks a safety concern?

They draw large amounts of power and produce heat and exhaust. Connections, placement and exclusion zones must be planned.

Can AAAT3 support our commissioning agent?

Yes. We support witness, records, safety planning and issue tracking.

What happens when a test fails?

The issue is logged, fixed and retested before the system can move on to integrated testing.
