Project management and consulting

Project management and consulting for punch lists

AAAT3 can run punch lists for the whole project, take over a stalled list or prepare rooms for client walks.

Punch list management

We walk, assign, track and verify every item until turnover.

Best for: Projects nearing substantial completion

Pre-punch QC walks

Our own walk before the owner walks, so fewer items reach their list.

What is a back punch?

A follow-up walk to confirm that items marked complete were actually fixed.
