FAQ
Common questions
When does the warranty start?
On federal jobs, generally at final acceptance under FAR 52.246-21 unless the contract sets something else. On commercial jobs, check the contract; AIA A201 uses substantial completion for the correction period.
Digital or paper?
Both if the contract requires it. We build an indexed digital package and print what the owner needs.
Can you fix a turnover package that was rejected?
Yes. We review the comments, find what is missing and resubmit a complete package.
